How updates work
An update request is a set of changes you send us together, in one message. Not each change counted separately.
Need more? Each extra request is $15, with no need to change plans.

Frequently asked questions
Do you charge a commission on sales?
No. Never, on any plan. You only pay your membership and, if you pay monthly, the setup.
What does the setup include?
Building your catalog, publishing it and your first month of membership. If you pay monthly, you pay it upfront, your membership is billed from the second month and that first month counts toward the 12 months that give you ownership with Veci Plus and Veci Professional. If you pay yearly, setup is free.
What counts as an update request?
A set of changes you send together in one message: prices, availability, new photos. If you send “change these 6 prices, mark this item as sold out and add this photo” in one message, that’s one request.
What if I need more changes than my plan includes?
Each extra request is $15. You don’t need to change plans.
Can I pay for the whole year at once?
Yes. Paying yearly costs 10 months, so you get 2 months free, and there’s no setup fee.
When is my catalog mine?
With Veci Plus and Veci Professional, after 12 months of membership your catalog and your domain are yours. If you decide to leave, we hand over a working copy of your catalog and transfer your domain to you. Veci Essentials is a monthly membership and does not include ownership.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No. You can cancel whenever you want and you don’t owe the remaining months. Staying matters for one thing: with Veci Plus and Veci Professional, after 12 months of membership your catalog and your domain are yours. If you leave before that, you don’t keep them.
Do I stay on the map if I cancel?
Your spot on the Veci map is included while your membership is active. If you cancel, your business no longer appears on the map.
Who provides the photos?
We prepare the images from your catalog and the information you send us, or we use your own photos. A professional photo session is quoted separately, based on what your business needs.
I have a supermarket or a chain. Which plan fits?
Veci Enterprise: a system built around your business, with its own backend and connected to your operation. Tell us about your catalog and your sales volume and we’ll prepare a quote.
